Every year, it happens the same way. You cross into January with intentions, and by week three, the year is running you. The inbox refilled. The calendar closed in. Everyone went right back to needing you.
sol RESET .007 is the interruption.
For five days, trade the sprint for the sound of the Caribbean. Your home is Ibagari — a Garifuna word meaning life — a boutique sanctuary on a private stretch of Roatán, between the jungle and the sea. Ocean-view suites. A villa with its own pool. Breakfast is served slowly. Nowhere you have to be.
This is the seventh chapter in a numbered series of immersive wellness retreats designed for women who give everything and rarely receive. The women & men who don't return home rested. They return home reclaimed.
This is not a vacation. It's a recalibration.

sol RESET .007 is designed for women who are high-achieving, high-giving, and running on empty. You do not need yoga experience to attend. You need a willingness to show up for yourself for five days.

ABSOLUTELY!! My retreats are not only beginner-friendly, but they also cater to yogis of all-levels. Whether you are curious about trying yoga, have practiced for years, looking to restart your journey… this is for you. All are welcome! You are also not required to attend every class. I encourage all guests to truly do what feels aligned for you in that moment.

Fly into Juan Manuel Gálvez International Airport (RTB) in Roatán. Do not fly into Tegucigalpa or San Pedro Sula — Roatán has its own airport.
Roatán has its own international airport (RTB). Most guests fly through Houston (IAH), Miami (MIA), or Atlanta (ATL) for direct or one-stop service. Detailed travel guidance is provided upon registration.

Yes! You have the option to pay in full or make a non-refundable $500 deposit to begin your payment plan. Payments are made over 6 months. Your final balance must be paid in full no later than November 11, 2026 — at least three weeks before the retreat begins. If the monthly payment amount presents a challenge, contact Tierra directly at tierra@yogitb.co to establish a modified plan that works for you.

The $500 deposit is non-refundable. All payments made toward your balance are non-refundable. We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance. If you are unable to attend, your spot may be transferred to another guest with approval.

Many guests use their Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) toward wellness retreat experiences. While some plans do cover yoga, mindfulness, and wellness programming, FSA/HSA eligibility varies by plan administrator and is not guaranteed. We strongly encourage you to verify eligibility with your FSA/HSA administrator before making a payment. YogiTB is not responsible for reimbursement decisions made by your plan provider. Travel insurance is required for all Sol RESET .007 guests. Given that all payments are non-refundable, travel insurance is your financial protection in the event of an emergency, illness, or travel disruption. We have seen firsthand how travel insurance has protected guests from significant financial loss. It is not expensive, and it is 100% worth it. You will be asked to confirm your travel insurance coverage before the retreat. We recommend purchasing your policy at the time of your deposit.

What are the Concierge and White Glove travel support tiers?
For guests who want their logistics fully handled, two travel support tiers are available:
Concierge Support — $650: Includes personalized flight recommendations, airport transfer coordination, and travel itinerary planning so you arrive stress-free.
White Glove Service — $1,050: Our premium tier. Includes everything in Concierge plus full flight booking support, hotel layover recommendations if needed, and a dedicated pre-retreat touchpoint to confirm all travel details. You show up. We handle the rest.
