Wow, I am beyond overjoyed to be sharing this with you. For months, I’ve been praying for a pivot, and this is exactly where I was led. I knew I wanted to revamp my offerings, to create something that felt aligned with my deeper purpose, something that allowed me to show up for YOU in a better, more impactful way. While teaching will always be a part of my heart, I’m deeply passionate about assisting others and helping them WIN. 🙌

Through much prayer, reflection, and conversations with mentors, I was led to Off the MAT.

Why the name? Because I believe in embodying yoga 180 degrees—it’s not just about what happens on the mat. The true test of your yoga practice is how you show up in life, how you show up off the mat. Not many instructors can honestly say that. But I can, and I’m here to help you find the same embodiment in your practice, your business, and your life.

This space is about community. I’ve seen how much the yoga community lacks real, authentic connection, and I’m ready to change that. Too many stories of trauma, gatekeeping, and toxicity have come to light, and it’s time for that narrative to end. Over here, we’re creating something different—a safe space to grow, learn, and elevate together. This Mentorship Program will offer two tiers: Ignite (Community Tier) and TrueNorth (Exclusive VIP Tier).🌸

  • Off the MAT is a mentorship program designed for yoga instructors who are ready to elevate their practice, business, and life. It’s about finding community, authenticity, and intentional growth, and creating an impactful experience both on and off the mat.

    Two Tiers:

  • The application fee ensures that we are attracting serious, committed individuals who are truly ready to invest in their growth. The fee also covers the personalized application review. Plus, your application fee is credited toward the program if you’re accepted.

  • You’ll receive access to personalized mentorship, group coaching, actionable steps to elevate your practice and business, and a supportive community. Each tier offers different levels of access, including one-on-one sessions, group calls, and resources to ensure you thrive.

  • To apply, you’ll fill out the application form and submit a 2-minute video explaining your background, your “why,” and your readiness for the program. Once your application is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive further instructions.

  • Yes! Payment plans will be available for the mentorship program. More details will be provided once you're accepted into the program.

    There is no payment plan for the Community Mentorship Tier.

  • We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Further details on payment options will be provided upon acceptance into the program.

  • Due to the personalized nature of this program and the commitment required, we do not offer refunds once payment has been processed. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out to us directly, and we will work with you on an individual basis. If you are accepted and do not feel the program is a fit for you within the first 14 days, we will offer a partial refund on a case-by-case basis.

  • Yes! As a VIP member, you’ll have direct access to me through one-on-one calls. For the basic and group mentorship tiers, you’ll still receive support through group calls and email correspondence.
