Meet Your Mentor
Hey! I’m Tierra B. aka YogiTB. Before I was a yoga teacher, I was a federal law enforcement officer and Special Agent.
I spent years in high-pressure environments where I couldn't show weakness, where I had to prove I belonged as a young Black woman in rooms that weren't built for me.
I found yoga in 2008. For the last 18 years, I've been learning how to come back to my body, build a sustainable practice, and teach others to do the same. I’ve been blessed to teach wellness in the DMV area for 10 years and I am ready to share all my knowledge and resources.
I've led international & domestic retreats, a multi-city tour, led segments on the local news, and more!! Worked with corporate clients. Built multiple revenue streams. And now I'm teaching you how to do it too, without burning out or selling out.
