Retreat Policies

1. Booking & Payments:

  • Your booking is secure upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit and agreement to these terms.

  • Deposits and retreat payments are NON-REFUNDABLE unless YogiTB cancels the retreat. When you commit to the retreat, your spot is no longer available to anyone else, and we immediately begin to incur costs to cover your retreat experience on our end.

  • If you need to cancel your retreat, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We'll work with you to find a solution that meets your needs whenever possible. This may include:

    • Transferring your deposit to a future retreat date (subject to availability).

    • Helping you find someone to take your spot (with your approval).

  • All prices are in US Dollars.

  • Full payment is due by 02/01/2025.

  • We respect your privacy and never share client data with third parties.

2. Travel Arrangements:

  • You are responsible for your own travel arrangements and costs.

  • YogiTB is not liable for delays, cancellations, or irregularities with your travel providers or documentation.

  • Transfers are at your own cost unless otherwise specified.

3. Travel Insurance:

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

  • Ensure your policy covers retreat activities, unexpected cancellations, illness, losses, and usual travel risks.

  • Bring your policy for emergencies.

4. Your Health:

  • Inform YogiTB about any injuries and be mindful of your limitations during the retreat.

  • Stop any activity causing discomfort or injury immediately.

  • Consult a doctor familiar with yoga to confirm your fitness for classes and other activities.

  • Disclose any mental/physical health conditions and dietary requirements before booking.

  • YogiTB reserves the right to advise against participation or refuse to stay based on health/dietary concerns for your well-being or others.

  • While safety measures are taken, the uneven terrain may cause injuries. YogiTB is not liable for such occurrences.

  • Pregnant women (12-28 weeks) must provide a doctor's letter confirming travel and activity suitability. Prior yoga experience is preferred.

5. Cancellation by You:

  • You may cancel 120 days before the retreat start date with written notification.

  • Refund of retreat payments are on a contingent/situational basis

  • Cancellations within 120 days forfeit the full balance. Replacements may be allowed at our discretion.

  • No refunds for unused portions of the retreat. Consider your insurance coverage for cancellations.

6. Amendments by YogiTB:

  • Occasionally, changes like class times or arrangements may be necessary. We reserve the right to make such changes at any time.

  • We will do our best to provide similar accommodation if yours needs changing.

  • Significant changes will be communicated as soon as possible before your departure.

7. Cancellation by YogiTB:

  • We reserve the right to cancel a retreat, particularly if at least 75% of participants haven't booked 60 days prior.

  • In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

8. Our Liability:

  • We ensure retreats are provided as described and contracted services meet reasonable standards.

  • We are not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes due to events beyond our control (war, terrorism, closures, strikes, disasters, pandemics, technical issues, staff cancellations, or changes in your circumstances).

  • We are not liable for injuries incurred during yoga classes (participation at your own risk). We are not liable for medical/psychiatric conditions developing during or after the retreat. We are not liable for loss or damage to your personal property.

9. Group Bookings:

  • Group bookings require authorization from all individuals on the form.

  • These terms apply to each group member as if they booked individually.

10. No Liability for Possessions:

  • Secure your belongings in your locked room. YogiTB is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items, including rented equipment.

11. Complaints:

  • Inform the retreat organizer immediately of any problems. We will strive to resolve them promptly.

  • We are not responsible for individual behavior of group members or other guests.

12. Privacy Policy:

  • We respect your privacy and never share client data with third parties.

  • The information provided is used only for the requested service and site administration/statistics.

  • This policy does not cover linked websites.

13. Photography:

  • By participating, you grant YogiTB and their photographer irrevocable permission to use photographs of you and/or your property for publicity, illustration, commercial art, advertising, publishing (including online), product/service promotion, or other lawful uses as deemed appropriate.

  • You waive any right to review or approve these uses.

  • You confirm you are of legal age and understand the terms of this release.
