The final balance must be paid at least 1-month before the retreat start date. SOL RESET .005 WELLNESS RETREAT LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT THAT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS. BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT, YOU CONSENT TO WAIVE CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE THE ORGANIZER.

1. Assumption of Risk

I, the undersigned participant ("Guest"), understand and am aware that my participation in the Sol RESET .005 Wellness Retreat involves certain risks, which may include physical, emotional, and psychological injury, illness, or even death. These risks may arise from, but are not limited to, the following: yoga, meditation, hiking, outdoor activities, water activities (such as swimming), transportation, consumption of food and beverages, and other retreat-related activities.

I acknowledge that the risks may result not only from my own actions but also from the actions or negligence of others, including the Organizer, other participants, or third-party service providers. I also understand that there may be risks that are not foreseeable. I voluntarily choose to participate in the Retreat despite these risks.

2. Waiver and Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Retreat, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, hereby voluntarily release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Tierra B. aka YogiTB, Sol Reset Wellness Series, House of AIA, their employees, owners, officers, directors, agents, volunteers, facilitators, affiliates, or any other representatives ("Releasees") from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or legal liability arising from any injury, illness, death, or property damage sustained during or related to my participation in the Retreat, even if such damages arise out of the negligence or omissions of the Releasees.

3. Covenant Not to Sue

I agree that I will not initiate or participate in any lawsuit or legal action against the Releasees for any injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation in the Retreat. I further waive any right of my insurers to make any such claim.

4. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any claims, legal actions, or demands that may arise out of my actions or conduct during the Retreat. This indemnification includes, but is not limited to, any legal fees or expenses incurred by the Releasees in defending against such claims.

5. Medical and Health Acknowledgment

I confirm that I am over 18 years of age and am in adequate physical, mental, and emotional condition to participate in the Retreat. I am responsible for consulting with a physician if I have any health concerns that may affect my ability to safely participate. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred due to my participation. In case of emergency, I grant permission for emergency medical treatment and transportation at my own expense.

6. Travel and Accommodation

I understand that the Organizer may assist with arrangements for transportation, accommodation, and meals. However, the Releasees are not liable for any losses, damages, or injuries resulting from third-party services, including but not limited to travel delays, cancellations, lodging conditions, or food-related issues.

7. Assumption of the Risk and Waiver of Liability Relating to Coronavirus/COVID-19

I acknowledge that COVID-19 is a contagious virus and that participating in this Retreat may expose me to the risk of infection. I voluntarily assume all risks related to COVID-19 and release the Organizer from any liability, including any claims related to illness, injury, or death arising from or related to COVID-19 during or after the Retreat.

8. Use of Likeness

I grant the Organizer permission to use my image, voice, and likeness in any media, including photographs and videos taken during the Retreat, for promotional purposes without compensation.

9. Participant Conduct

I agree to abide by all rules and guidelines set forth by the Organizer for the safety and well-being of all participants. I understand that failure to comply with these rules or engaging in inappropriate behavior may result in my removal from the Retreat without a refund.

10. Refund Policy

All payments made for the Sol RESET .005 Wellness Retreat are non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered at the Organizer's sole discretion in the event of unforeseen medical or other emergencies.

11. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. I agree that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or based upon this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Maryland.

12. Severability

If any part of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.

13. Acknowledgment of Understanding

I have read this Liability Waiver and fully understand its terms. I understand that by signing this agreement, I am waiving my legal rights, including the right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing this agreement freely and voluntarily.
